Jim Crocker - CEO

A consultant, CEO and Board member, Jim has worked with and led many fast growth ventures.  Several years ago, while leading a small, fast growing software company, Jim first observed the awesome power and efficiency of internet marketing vs. more traditional and expensive options.  Bitten by the internet bug, Jim has been involved ever since. He started his first blog 5 years ago.

As CEO of Longtail, Jim is involved with strategic direction, financing, domain acquisition, and content production.

John Robb - President

An early adopter of Internet technologies, John thought he had missed the information revolution when he launched his first web site in 1996. He has since come to realize that those were the early days of the Internet. With roles in sales and management at several Internet related ventures John has learned a great deal about the practical application of search engine optimization(SEO) that leads to increased sales. With the founding of Longtail Publishing John is able to apply SEO and monetization tactics to sites with great content that were historically under monetized.
